The ACMA

The Australian Communications and Media Authority (the ACMA) is a statutory authority within the federal government portfolio of Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy and is responsible for the regulation of broadcasting, the internet, radio and telecommunications.

DBCDE

The Department of Broadband, Communication and the Digital Economy is a federal government department undertaking the role of developing the digital economy.
