2BOB Radio broadcasts a diverse range of music and information programs and provides community access to the airwaves.
2BOB broadcasts the entire proceedings of the monthly meeting of the Greater Taree City Council. Local schools have a daily access program 'Schools Out' where students get experience in broadcasting. The station broadcasts Ethnic Programs for the German, Dutch, Filipino, Greek and Italian communities. 2BOB Radio is the only local broadcasting training organisation.
2BOB Radio offers affordable sponsorship rates to local business and has recently re-equipped with new transmission and studio equipment.
The station organises various fundraising activities each year including The Taree Envirofair and Radiothon [annually], Wingham Brush Music Festival, Skatesounds in the Park and other concerts and dances.
